– Mac’s Speed Shop has 8 locations, all based around the Carolinas, and all offer this challenge.
– There is a 1lb breakfast sausage patty topped with fried pickles & coleslaw
– Topped with pulled pork, beef brisket, bacon, pimento cheese & queso
– Also topped with 3 ounces of their spicy “Mac’s Burnout Sauce”
– The sourdough bun weighs around 1lb and is very tough to chew
– Notes: The sauce is not that spicy, and you may not dunk the bun
– The 5lb BBQ sandwich is served with a 1/2lb side of mac & cheese
– There is a 1-hour time limit to finish everything on your platter
