The base challenge is for one person to finish one 1 kg Aussie T-Bone Steak platter that comes with a bowl of sauce (your choice), a jacket baked potato, some healthy grilled vegetables, and corn-on-the-cob all within a 30 minute time limit. This is a pay-to-play steak challenge that costs Rp 699,000 Indonesian Rupiah whether you win or lose. Finish within 30 minutes and win a sweet t-shirt, a framed Certificate of Completion, and a spot on their Wall of Fame!! Finish with a top time and you get your name on the steakhouse’s electronic leaderboard!!
