Challenge Rules & Description
Witham Truck Stop Restaurant or Witham’s as it’s affectionately known is a travel center located in Medford, Oregon. They offer a food challenge that includes a two pound hamburger (two 1 lb patties) that is arranged between three buns. The burger comes standard with 4 slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Onions and Cheese are optional. Additionally the burger is served with a huge mound of french fries. Instead of fries you can also choose homemade potato salad, coleslaw, soup, or green salad. In order to successfully complete the challenge one must consume the entire burger and every last french fry (or other side) in 60 minutes or less. Winner still pays for the meal but receives a free t-shirt that bears the name and logo of the restaurant. They also get their name and photo posted on the Wall Of Fame.
