– Two Brothers Mining Co operates inside Kansas Crossing Casino in Pittsburg, Kansas.
– The restaurant serves up delicious barbecue smoked meats, wings, burgers, and sandwiches.
– This “Brutus Buster” BBQ Cheeseburger Challenge has been available for many years now.
– There are two beef burger patties topped with slices of American cheese with 6oz portions of both juicy BBQ pulled pork and smoked beef brisket. That is all sandwiched between two American grilled cheese sandwiches that serve as the buns. It is topped with bacon and fried onion tanglers.
– The burger is surrounded with fries topped with homemade chili and a ladle of queso sauce.
– There is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. The beer in the video was just optional.
