Burrito Challenge Description and Prizes
– Riviera Mexican Restaurant & Cantina serves authentic Mexican food to the Crystal River, FL area.
– For this 6lb burrito challenge, there is a one sitting time limit to finish everything on the platter.
– There are 4 large burrito tortillas filled with whatever meat(s) you wanted added – your choice.
– My burrito had 4 scoops of ground beef and 4 scoops of pulled chicken, both great options.
– There are multiple scoops of Cilantro Lime Rice and Spanish Rice, plus black & refried beans.
– In addition, it is filled with shredded Mexican cheese and served wet with 4 ladles of queso.
– The burrito supreme is topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and they write your name with sour cream.
– Winners receive the $30 burrito meal free and a spot on the Wall of Fame (drinks are optional).
