Burrito Challenge Description and Prizes

There is lots of beef steak (carne asada) and pork carnitas plus a few scoops each of Mexican rice and refried beans. Everything is inside four large burrito-sized flour tortillas and it is all topped with shredded cheese, queso cheese sauce, and plenty of fresh pico de gallo. There is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. Winners earn the $32 “Mi Abuelito” Mexican burrito meal free plus a spot on El Potro’s Wall of Fame!!
