Sandwich Challenge Description and Prizes

– Crawdaddy’s On Greenfield has been serving the West Allis and Milwaukee area since 2018.

– Crawdaddy’s serves up a delicious Cajun menu which includes traditional Po’boy sandwiches.

– For this food challenge, there is a 5 foot long French baguette that weighs 2lbs total.

– The baguette is broken into 5 footlong sections, each with a different Cajun-themed protein.

– There is fried catfish, blackened catfish, grilled shrimp, blackened shrimp, and fried alligator.

– Each footlong section includes traditional Cajun Po’boy toppings – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo.

– There are no sides included and the fresh beignets Randy enjoyed for dessert were just optional.

– The beer in the video was a Strawberry Cognac Beignet Ale by West Allis’ Westallion Brewing Company.

– 1 hour time limit. Winners earn the $50 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Wall of Fame.
