Sandwich Challenge Description and Prizes
– This challenge consists of a 1kg smoked pork sausage, wrapped in bacon, with lettuce, caramelized onions, mixed peppers, shredded Mexican cheese, 6 American cheese slices, fresh jalapenos, grated pecorino cheese, aioli, and served on a sourdough roll.
– Challengers have 30 minutes to finish the sandwich.
– Winners receive the meal for free, a free t-shirt, and a spot on the wall of fame.
