Laksa Challenge Description and Prizes
There is a 35 minute time limit to feast on a huge supersized bowl of Malaysian style laksa noodle soup filled with lots of egg noodles, vermicelli rice noodles, healthy vegetables, and 4 proteins – chicken, pork, beef, and tofu. There were 6 giant ladles of laksa broth made with coconut milk, and I even added some spicy diced peppers that were optional. I was trying to become the first champion to finish the whole bowl of soup within 35 minutes to win my $60 AUD Malaysian food meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Lisa’s Wall of Fame.
