BBQ Sandwich Challenge Description and Prizes

The actual name of this challenge is the Monster Burger Challenge, because Australians call anything between a hamburger bun, whether it is beef, fish, chicken, pork, or anything else… a burger. To keep things consistent with the rest of the site, we’ve called it the Monster BBQ Sandwich Challenge, or “sanga” as they say for sandwich in Australia. There is a 45 minute time limit to feast on 1 kg of Phat Boyz’ halal smoked beef brisket plus 1 kg of their juicy pulled pork with lots of bacon too. The sandwich is topped with American cheese slices, 4 fried eggs, and 100 g of creamy coleslaw, all on 600 g of freshly baked bun that is 30 cm in diameter. No sides are included.
