Sandwich Challenge Description and Prizes

– Caliendo’s Restaurant & Bar has served the Winfield, Illinois area for many years now.

– Caliendo’s offers three different food challenges on the menu, including this sub sandwich challenge.

– They also host a “Hitman” Burger Challenge and 5lb “Wise Guy” Italian Calzone Challenge.

– The challenge used to consist of a 24″ or 2′ long sandwich, but now there are four 6″ sandwiches.

– Each 6″ sandwich has lots of capicola, salami, and Mortadella luncheon meat (cold).

– The meats are topped with provolone cheese, some healthy vegetables, and Italian salad dressing.

– There is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. Try to call in advance to schedule your challenge.

– Winners earn their $25 cold deli meat combo sandwich meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and Wall of Fame.
