Calzone Challenge Description and Prizes
There is 1.5 lbs of homemade dough wrapped around 1.5 lbs (24 oz) of mozzarella cheese, 6 oz of Cheddar cheese, and lots of meats and vegetable toppings/fillings of your choosing. There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. Winners get the $49.99 calzone meal free plus a t-shirt and spot on Rosallini’s Wall of Fame.
