Burger Challenge Description and Prizes

There is a 1 hour time limit to feast on 1 lb portions of four different meats (4lbs of meat total), including cooked applewood smoked bacon (weighed after being cooked), sliced ham, juicy chopped/diced pork tenderloin, and bison (buffalo) meat. The bison meat is locally sourced from Circle K Ranch on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The meats are all topped with lots of melted shredded cheese and served over a bed of grilled mushrooms & onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. All that is served on/between a freshly baked footlong (12″) Italian bread loaf that serves as the burger/sandwich bun. The huge burger is served with 1 lb of Snow’s delicious fries. Winners get the $69.99 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Snow’s Wall of Fame for completing the “Sasquatch” Burger Challenge.
