Challenge Description and Prizes

– This is a pay-to-play challenge consisting of 3 pounds of pulled pork, ham, and jalapeno sausage, wedged between a 12-inch sub roll with two slices of rustic bread in the middle, topped with onions, sweet and sour slaw, and BBQ sauce, along with three signature sides.

– There is a 1-hour time limit to complete the challenge.

– Winners receive a free T-Shirt and their picture on the Wall of Fame.
