Totcho Challenge Description and Prizes
The challenge features all four of the signature totcho dishes on Oink’s menu: Smoked Rueben Totchos, Brisket Totchos, Triple Pig Totchos (with pulled pork, chorizo, and bacon), and Buffalo Chicken Totchos. There are four pounds of fried tater tots that serve as the base, and those are all smothered with about one pound (1 lb) of Oink’s homemade white queso / cheese sauce. It all weighs 7 pounds total and there is a 1 hour (60 minutes) time limit to finish everything. Winners get the $75 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, a $100 gift card to come back and use later, and spot on Oink’s Wall of Fame!! Call ahead to schedule your challenge in advance if interested.
