Challenge Description and Prizes

– This challenge consists of 56oz (3 1/2 lbs) of premium prime rib. In addition to the prime rib, there is an Italian chopped salad, a side of fettuccini alfredo, a baked potato, a mini bread loaf, some butter, a beverage of choice, and 1 serving of Graham chocolate moose cake.

– There is a 1 hour time limit to finish the prime rib (minus any fat) and all the sides. Winners get the meal for free (or a $150 gift card), a champion t-shirt, and a picture on the wall of fame.

– Challengers are allowed one bite of the prime rib to ensure it is cooked to their satisfaction. After that, the challenge time limit starts. Once the clock is started you are not allowed to stand up or leave the table. Once completed, you must remain at the challenge table until a staff member declares a challenge victory.
