Pho Challenge Description and Prizes
This Vietnamese pho challenge features four pounds of rice noodles served with “1/2 lb” portions of meatballs and beef brisket, plus some healthy Asian vegetables. The massive bowl of pho is equal to about five normal-sized portions of their pho noodle soup options on the menu. The broth is not required to be finished in order to win the challenge. Fail and pay $50 for the meal. Losers also get their name and photo added to the Wall of “Pho-kups.” Winners get the $50 meal free plus $200 cash and a spot on the “Pho King Boss” Wall of Fame!!
