    Well after readjust about everything on this site about tips and strategies I’m definitely going to start capacity training with watermelon and water first before I do any real challenge. I want to gauge just exactly how much I can fit in my stomach. I think it’ll be quite a lot but I’m not sure. I do drink a gallon or more of water daily so I’m hoping that will help. I’ll be filming my training and putting it up on my YouTube.
