Challenge Description and Prizes
– Tunnbrödsrulle translates to “thin bread roll” and is a tasty, traditional Swedish street food, typically made with sausages, mashed potatoes, shrimp salad with lots of mayonnaise, some healthy vegetables, and more if interested. Translated in English, it’s more of a Swedish flatbread wrap.
– For this challenge, there is a 46 minute time limit to finish a supersized sausage wrap that consists of 20 sausages, 1kg (2.2lbs) of creamy homemade mashed potatoes, lots of shrimp salad, lettuce, and tomatoes.
– Winners get the 500 SEK street food meal free plus ice cream and a spot on Brogrillen’s Wall of Fame!!
