Challenge Description and Prizes
– This challenge, named after professional eater and Massachusetts’s own Geoff Esper, is a breakfast bowl consisting of five pounds of tater tots covered with cheddar jack cheese, a double portion of ham, bacon, sausage, and kielbasa, a double portion of peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomato, and spinach, six eggs, sausage gravy, scallions, and some various house seasonings.
– There is a 1 hour time limit to finish the entire breakfast bowl. Successful completions win the meal for free and a spot of the restaurant’s wall of fame.
