Burger Challenge Description and Prizes

– Hogs & Heifers is part of the Michael J Wright Group, part of Airside Retail Park located in Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland (open since 2013)!! Their burgers are made in-house daily from 100% Irish beef.

– The beef burger patties are made from 50% Irish flank steak and 50% Irish beef brisket.

– This “Man vs Hogs” Challenge features six of these big 1/2lb (8oz) 50/50 burger patties.

– They are all stacked and layered with six slices of cheese, lots of stringy bacon, plenty of their Hogs & Heifers House Sauce, and there are also lots of healthy tomato slices and red onions.

– Each beef patty and slice of cheese was also topped with a portion of shredded braised beef.

– The food challenge includes a big bowl of chips and challengers must finish a pint of Guinness.

– There is a 30 minute time limit. Please call and schedule your challenge in advance if interested.

– Winners get the €45 Irish bacon cheeseburger free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Wall of Fame.
