Äggakaka Challenge Description and Prizes
– There is a 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs) eggy pancake / omelet cake made with 40 eggs, flour, cream, sugar, and more.
– That is topped with 700 grams (1.5 lbs) of pork belly, which is thicker than bacon, called fläsk.
– That is all topped with lots of locally-sourced lingonberries. The challenge weighs around 5.5 lbs / 2.5 kg.
– There is a 1 hour time limit. Winners get the 350 SEK meal free plus a spot on the Wall of Fame.
