Challenge Description and Prizes
– Mullets opened on June 14th, 2010. It’s a riverside roadhouse with a two-tiered patio, great views of downtown, large outdoor fun area and all your favorite sports heroes…in mullets.
– Just across the river from Principal Park, Mullets is sure to be a great place to stop before and after I-Cubs games, in the middle of a long day on the bike trail, and for a fun weekend breakfast spot. Do you have some classic mullet pictures of your own? Don’t be shy, post them on their Mulletin board!!
– Mullets is well known for their delicious breakfast dishes, so started this Pigs In A Blanket Challenge to show off not only their breakfast menu, but also their tasty BBQ lunch and dinner options.
– Brave challengers have 1 hour to finish a stack of 4 sweet cream buttermilk plate-sized pancakes.
– Each pancake weighs around 1lb and they are each separated by layers of 1/2lb BBQ pulled pork.
– The pancake breakfast stack is topped with 6 sunny-side-up eggs that serve as the meal’s crown.
– Champions win the $40 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame.
– Call ahead to schedule your challenge beforehand. They can’t do it on weekends or while busy.
