Jjajangmyeon Challenge Description and Prizes

Korean Jjajangmyeon translates to “black bean noodles” in English. Challengers have just 15 minutes to feast on lots of Asian wheat noodles topped with a black bean paste / sauce that is sticky and delicious. There are some healthy vegetables served on top that are required, but all the sides served next to the bowl are just optional and don’t have to be finished within the time limit. Winners receive the S$58 SGD noodle bowl meal free plus S$100 SGD cash and a spot on the location’s Wall of Fame.
