BBQ Ribs Challenge Description and Prizes
– Porky’s Bayside Restaurant & Marina is known for their good food and friendly island atmosphere. Their BBQ is smoked daily on the premises and they offer fresh local seafood. Share a bit of what the Keys used to be.
– For this “Hog Wild” Challenge, there is a 1 hour time limit to finish 1 full rack of Baby Back BBQ Ribs, 1 full rack of Porky’s BBQ spare ribs, 1 side of Cuban style rice, a side of Tostones (plantain chips), and for dessert, a slice of Porky’s signature deep-fried key lime pie.
– Winners receive the $75 BBQ meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on Porky’s new Wall of Fame.
