“Scotsman” Challenge Description and Prizes
– A Triple Barnyard Burger has 3/4lbs beef, 3 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 3/4lbs pulled pork, 3 slices of provolone cheese, and BBQ sauce. All that is served with cheese chili cheese fries, a basket of garlic or truffle fries, and 12 shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate. There is a one sitting time limit to finish everything you are served, and the challenge might also include finishing your choice of soda.
– This is kind of a different challenge. The challenge period goes on for 90 days, before starting over again. Each person pays $40 for the meal, win or lose, and $10 from each challenge goes towards a jackpot. At the end of each 90 day period, the finisher with the fastest time gets the jackpot.
