Challenge Description and Prizes

There is a 3-foot-long (36″) stromboli made with Roma’s homemade pizza dough, filled with pepperoni, sausage, and lots of 100% mozzarella cheese. There are four marinara sauce containers served on the side, which are required to be finished as part of the challenge. Teams of two people get 15 minutes to finish everything, and most 2-person teams actually fail to finish it all!! Brave individuals are welcome to try to finish everything solo by themselves with a longer 30 minute time limit. There are no drinks, desserts, or other side items required. Winners get the $50 Italian food meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Roma’s Wall of Fame!!
