– For this “Big Porker” Pork Tenderloin Sandwich Challenge, there is a huge 20 ounce piece of pork tenderloin that gets fried and topped with white country sausage gravy, fresh red onions, pickles, and more, all on a sandwich bun that is way smaller than the diameter of the massive fried pork tenderloin. The challenge includes lots of crinkle-cut fries and everything must be finished within the 30 minute time limit.
