“Zermatt” Platter Challenge Description and Prizes
Shrimp Prawn Seafood offers several different sharing platters, but the “Zermatt” Platter is the largest which normally feeds 6-8 hungry people. There are 3 lbs of perfectly cooked Thai vermicelli noodles mixed with lots of garlic cloves and clams on the bottom of the platter. As for the fresh seafood boil, there are 2 whole giant River Prawns plus 2 whole mud crabs. There are lots of crayfish plus Tiger Prawns and scallops, and let’s just say that there is a lot of shellfish cracking as part of this challenge. There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. Winners earn the $340 SGD (~$255 USD) seafood Thai vermicelli feast free plus a spot on the Wall of Fame.
