Spicy Ramen Challenge Description

– Strings Ramen has 6 locations, all in the Midwest, and all offer this challenge.

– Shoyu broth base with Chinese Tian Jing red chili, Szechuan chili bean sauce, Thai chili, Piquin chili, Ghost peppers, and Scorpion pepper.

– Topped with Asari, ground pork, crispy pork skin, and hot pepper and chili made from “hell.”

– Served with broth, one glass of water, and there is a 20-minute time limit.
