BBQ Challenge Description and Prizes
– Tony’s Butt Shack BBQ & Catering has been serving the Hollowayville area for many years.
– This “Butt Buster” BBQ Challenge features lots of delicious items from their barbecue menu.
– There are 8 St Louis style BBQ Ribs on a tray with 1lb of smoked beef brisket and 1lb of juicy pulled pork. There is also a smoked meatloaf sandwich with cheese on 2 slices of Texas toast.
– The challenge includes 1lb of macaroni & cheese and 1lb of Tony’s specialty fried potato salad.
– There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything, including 2 freshly baked cornbread muffins.
– Winners earn the $59 barbecue meal free plus a sweet T-Shirt and spot on Tony’s Wall of Fame.
