Vietnamese Pho Challenge Description and Prizes
The base challenge is for one person to finish one giant bowl of Vietnamese beef pho loaded with rice noodles and broth, topped with 7 different cuts of beef meat – short rib, oxtail, eye round steak, tendon, meatball, brisket, and tripe. There are healthy vegetables and hard boiled eggs with soft yolks on top. Challengers pay $50 whether they win or lose, but winners earn a sweet t-shirt and spot on Twenty Pho Hour’s Wall of Fame.
