Challenge Description and Prizes
– This challenge consists of a giant 10lb bowl of pho. There are 3lbs of noodles, 3lbs of meat (brisket, thin sliced beef, and meatballs), and 4lbs of house-made beef broth.
– There is a 35 minute time limit to finish the bowl of pho (including the broth). Successful completions win the meal for free and $100 cash.
