| About | Born and raised in Chicago, spent 20 years in Los Angeles and more decades in Texas, so I’ve got a wide range of food experience with a trained pallet. I’ve always been a foodie and food challenges have always interested me. Age wise, I’m passed my prime and on the down hill side but think that, like golf, there can be a senior division for food challenges of approximately 5 pounds. I’ve got definite thoughts about food challenges, that in my opinion, are designed to be unbeatable. For example, when there are 2,000 attempts and only 2 winners than that is a bogus food challenge. In addition to encouraging the growth of the food challenge sport, we should be exposing the bogus challenge providers who know they will almost never loose. |
