Just completed a gyoza (dumpling) challenge at the Daikichi in Hitachi-Taga. I had to eat 25 jumbo gyozas within 45 min and finished them off in 25 min! For completing the challenge, I won ￥５０００ ($50) and a spot on their wall of fame!
