My name is Chris. I’m 33 years old and live near Mt. Olive, NC. Mt. Olive is the home to Mt. Olive Pickles, which is the #1 pickle brand in the United States! You maybe wondering if I like pickles and the answer is yes I do love pickles, but I’m loyal to my hometown and will only eat Mt. Olive pickles.

I love food and watching others eat competitively and in contest. I do not actually compete in eating contests because I just can’t eat a lot at one time, but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy eating. My favorite types of food is pizza, burgers, cheesesteaks, steak, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and all types of Seafood!

My favorite restaurant is a burger restaurant that was started locally in my hometown. It’s called Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes, and Fries. I remember when they opened their first store in 1991. They now have over 100 stores in NC and have expanded to other states besides NC, as well as other countries. The founder & owner, Mr. Kenney Moore is a great person, who really cares about his employees and customers. I’m honored to have him as my friend. Hwy 55 actually does a food challenge called The Five Five Challenge, which is 55 oz. of a burger with at least 4 trimmings on a bun, plus fries, and a 24 oz. drink. If you can eat it all in 30 minutes or less, it’s free and you’ll get your name on their website. If you can’t finish the challenge then you have to pay for it. My favorite items to get from Hwy. 55 are their cheeseburgers, cheesesteaks, and fries!

My hobbies are watching movies, reading, playing Xbox, learning about history, and antique hunting.
