@randysantel Hey Randy. I have been following you on Youtube for the last couple of weeks and I have to say man, your really good. I have watched all of your vids online. (Really all of them) I was noticing that your pretty great at burger challenges. Would you have any helping tips to beat them? I have one that I want to attempt, it’s a 10lb challenge. At Cappy’s Bar and Grill. In Lincoln Nebraska. I would love to learn any tips that your willing to give. I have read a lot of your web site. I love it by the way. Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon man. Keep up the great work.

    • Hey @dbags87 thanks for joining Foodchallenges.com!! I appreciate you watching my videos too!! My best advice for you if you are wanting to try Cappy’s Challenge, don’t do anything at all, and just enjoy it. I’m sure that’s not what you want to hear, but that Cappy’s challenge is 10 pounds, and has only been completed by my friend Molly who is one of the top 5 eaters in the world. Stella’s challenge is 4.5 pounds, so if you want to try Cappy’s challenge, make sure you can eat at least 2.5 Stellanator challenges within 1 hour. If you need strategy advice for Stella’s challenge, check out the Multi-Patty burger challenge article under the Strategies tab. I would never even consider trying Cappy’s challenge because it’s unnecessarily big. If you go into that one thinking you have a chance, you will end up disappointed, and you don’t want that if you are just beginning.

    • Hey thanks for the advice Randy. And to be honest that is what I was beginning to start thinking. I have seen some of Molly’s videos, and your right she is also really good. What would be a good size meal to start with? Im a big eater. I’m 6’4″ and like 270lbs. I can pack away some food. So I want to do some challenges. I really just don’t know were to start. I thought that I did, but after reading your posts on your website here. I don’t want to start to big and fail and be disappointed. Please let me know and I will read the article you were talking about. I seen your recent post on Facebook about your tour. Congrats and ill be staying updated on how your doing. Looking forward to your next quest and adventures. Im a big fan bro. Keep up the hard work. It’s paying off.
