Submitting food challenge info.

There are a number of food challenges in the area I live in that are not on this website.
For example. Texas Tavern in Roanoke, VA has a chili challenge. 16 8 ounce bowls. I went and beat it a couple weeks ago. I finished the last couple bowls on fb live. So there’s a pretty good visual of what the challenge entails on their fb page.
And of course I was excited to get a fairly high profile win. But how do I or anyone else get these things submitted to this site so everyone else can find out about it?
